    These terms and conditions set out what you agree to do if you do eventually become a Girlguiding volunteer. They also lay out how we’ll handle your data, as well as your own rights to your data.

    As a Girlguiding adult member and/or volunteer you agree that you will:

    In order for Girlguiding to be able to administer your membership, deliver our provision, benefits and guiding opportunities it is necessary for us to process your personal data. Girlguiding uses “Legitimate Interests” as the legal basis to process your personal information. Our legitimate business interests do not automatically override your interests; Girlguiding will not use your personal data for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact it would have on you.
